Established in March 2015, and undergoing a name change in May 2020, Smarter Connections is a private provider of in-home care and supports.

Focussed on offering genuine assistance in the home, we aim to deliver a tailored, flexible and empowered approach to our diverse range of clients. 

As a registered provider with the NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and service provider to Aged Care brokers, we are committed to servicing our clients with a friendly but professional attitude, with our dynamic team of trained staff.

Under the NDIS, we charge fees according to the NDIS pricing guide, in effect at the time, at the price limit for the NDIS Support catalogue for all supports.
